With the passing of the blanket rezoning bylaw in August, some residents have asked about a tool called Restrictive Covenants which can be used to limit development.
A group of private residents have arranged to have subject matter experts provide additional information for those interested in learning more about RCs. For more information about the information session, click the button below.

About Rosemont
Rosemont, built in 1958, is located in the northwest quadrant of Calgary (bordered by Northmount Drive, Cambrian Drive, 23rd Avenue and 14th Avenue) and has about 1,200 residents. Confederation Park, Nose Hill Park and the pathway system are in close proximity and provide year-round recreational opportunities for Rosemont residents.
